In close collaboration with business leaders, HR Business Advisors and HR Business Partners, you help ensure the organization has the capabilities and leadership needed to deliver today and grow sustainably for the future. This is a strategic yet hands-on role in a highly international environment. You combine data-driven insight with strong stakeholder partnership to build talent pipelines, strengthen succession and foster a culture of development, inclusion and agility across the region. The role will report into the VP Global Talent with a dotted line to the VP HR based in the Netherlands. Responsibilities In this role, you translate business strategy into a clear and actionable talent agenda for DEMEA. You work at both regional and enterprise level, providing strategic guidance while ensuring strong execution of core talent processes. Develop and drive the DEMEA talent strategy aligned with enterprise and business goals Partner with HRBPs, HRBAs and leadership teams to translate business needs into talent priorities Facilitate regional talent reviews, succession planning and performance management processes Identify critical roles, success profiles and capability gaps across the region Strengthen succession pipelines and support development of high-potential and emerging leaders Promote internal mobility and support career pathways within DEMEA Deploy targeted L&D and talent development initiatives based on business needs Analyze engagement data and support leaders in defining and executing follow-up actions Provide strategic talent insights and advice to senior and executive leadership Lead at least one global talent initiative within the Global Talent CoE Embed diversity, equity and inclusion across all talent processes Candidate Profile What You Bring You are a trusted talent and HR professional who combines strategic thinking with pragmatic execution. You are comfortable operating at senior levels, while staying close to the organization and its people. Strong talent and HR acumen, with experience in talent reviews, succession planning and talent strategy Ability to understand and navigate organizational structures, job frameworks and HR processes Strong stakeholder management, consulting and influencing skills Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate across functions, countries and cultures Experience working in a global or matrixed organization Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear insights and actions Confident facilitation skills, executive presence and solid project management capabilities Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment requiring agility and pragmatism Qualifications This role requires a solid HR foundation combined with international experience and the ability to operate at both regional and enterprise level. 4–8+ years of experience in Talent Management, HR Business Partnering or a related HR role Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience Fluency in English required; French is a plus Availability for domestic and international travel (approximately 30%) About Driscolls Driscoll's is the global market leader for fresh strawberries, blueberries, raspberries and blackberries. Core Responsibilities

Develop and execute the DEMEA talent strategy, partnering with business and HR leaders on talent reviews, succession planning, performance management, leadership development, and internal mobility. Provide data-driven talent advice to senior leaders, lead a global talent initiative, and embed diversity, equity, and inclusion across talent processes.

Requirements

Candidates should have 4–8+ years of experience in talent management, HR business partnering, or a related HR role, with a strong HR foundation and experience in international or matrixed organizations. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred; fluency in English is required, French is a plus, and travel of approximately 30% is expected.
