Collaborate with international clients to understand business needs and translate them into scalable finance solutions. Conduct workshops, design sessions, and training for key users. Configure and customize finance modules to meet client-specific requirements. Work closely with technical teams to ensure seamless integration and data migration. Provide expert advice on finance best practices, compliance, and process optimization. Support pre-sales activities and contribute to solution design. When do we match up? You are... At least 7 years of experience implementing Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations with a focus on finance modules. Proven track record as a lead consultant on at least 3 full-cycle international ERP implementations. Solid understanding of finance processes (GL, AP, AR, FA, budgeting, consolidation, etc.). Prior experience in a finance role (e.g. accountant, controller, financial analyst) is a strong advantage. Fluency in English (spoken and written); other European languages are a plus. Core Responsibilities

Lead international Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations implementations, translating client needs into scalable finance solutions through workshops, configuration, and solution design. Advise on finance best practices and process optimization, coordinate integration and data migration with technical teams, and support training and pre-sales activities.

Requirements

Requires at least seven years of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations implementation experience focused on finance modules, including lead-consultant experience on at least three full-cycle international ERP implementations. Candidates should understand core finance processes, communicate effectively in English, and demonstrate ownership, collaboration, and stakeholder-management skills; prior finance-role experience and other European languages are advantages.
