Briefing As a Senior Business Analyst at Ohpen, you are much more than just the link between business and IT. You are a strategic partner to our clients and a subject-matter expert in mortgages and financial services. You’ll work on groundbreaking projects that are transforming the mortgage industry. This includes improving customer journeys, optimizing processes, and supporting system implementations – all powered by our leading cloud-based Core Banking Engine. You translate client needs into feasible, valuable product functionality, directly contributing to the quality, relevance, and impact of our products. Your experience and insight help create solutions that not only work today, but are designed with the future in mind. What you’ll do Act as a trusted advisor to our clients, helping them get the most out of our SaaS solution. Translate complex client needs into smart, scalable technical solutions. Lead system and process implementations and provide strategic advice on mortgage and financial products. Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including developers, designers, and product managers, to deliver client-specific solutions. Use your market expertise to provide insights that help both our clients and Ohpen move forward. About You At least 8 years of experience in the Dutch mortgage market (required). Experience as a Business Analyst or Consultant in a technology-driven environment. In-depth knowledge of financial services, with a strong focus on mortgages. Fluent in both Dutch and English. Ability to translate client needs into practical, technical solutions. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a strong focus on quality and results.

Core Responsibilities

Advise clients on Ohpen’s SaaS solution and translate their needs into scalable technical product functionality. Lead mortgage-related system and process implementations, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and provide market insights to clients and Ohpen.

Requirements

Requires at least eight years of experience in the Dutch mortgage market and experience as a Business Analyst or Consultant in a technology-driven environment. Candidates need in-depth financial services and mortgage knowledge, fluency in Dutch and English, and strong solution design, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
