We make real meat, but we don't harm animals or the planet to do it. We are looking for an IT Intern to help our team. What is the goal? We have a team of scientists and engineers from all over the world. They need their computers and software to work perfectly so they can do their jobs. That is where you come in. You will help keep our systems running smoothly. What will you do every day? Support the team: Help colleagues fix problems with their laptops, software, and network issues. Maintenance: Update software and check hardware to make sure everything works fast and stays safe. Monitor the network for offline devices and poor performing WiFi. Inventory: Help us keep track of our computers, screens, and other IT equipment. You will also work on cool projects: You won't just answer questions. You will get hands-on experience with real IT projects: Security: Help us keep our equipment up to date and track who has finished their Security Awareness Training. Give fresh eyes to our security setup, look for vulnerabilities and give recommendations on how to fix them. Microsoft Intune: Help us manage and update Windows devices and apps, particularly when critical security updates are required. Workflow Automation: Use Freshservice to build automatic rules for IT tickets (making our work faster!). Keep our Freshservice database up to date with new additions and changes to existing assets. Who are we looking for? You are a Vista College MBO student who loves computers and wants to learn. Problem Solver: You like fixing things. Communication: You are not afraid to talk to people and explain technical things simply. English: We are an international company, so we speak English. Your English doesn't need to be perfect, but you must be willing to speak it! Eager to Learn: You want to learn new skills and try new things. You keep up with the latest changes in IT and share with us what you’ve discovered. Team Player: You are friendly and happy to help. Core Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day IT support by troubleshooting laptop, software, and network issues, maintaining devices and software, monitoring network performance, and tracking IT assets. Contribute to security initiatives, manage Windows devices and updates with Microsoft Intune, and automate IT ticket workflows and maintain asset records in Freshservice.

Requirements

The role is intended for a Vista College MBO student who is interested in computers, eager to learn, and able to solve problems and communicate technical information clearly. Applicants should be willing to speak English and work collaboratively; EU citizenship is preferred for visa reasons.
