The Opportunity Join our global sustainability reporting team and help reinvent how we use technology and AI to bring greater transparency, efficiency, and accountability to ESG reporting. As stakeholder expectations and regulations evolve, we’re building the future of sustainability intelligence. We’re looking for someone passionate about the intersection of tech and sustainability, who’s eager to simplify systems and data by developing digital-first tools. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, global teams and wants to shape the next generation of ESG reporting. Who You Are You’re passionate about sustainability and innovation, always exploring how emerging tech—like AI—can drive real-world ESG impact. You enjoy coding, structuring data, and building automated solutions that solve complex problems. You thrive in global, cross-functional teams, communicate inclusively, and navigate diverse work cultures with ease. Analytical and solution-oriented, you turn regulatory complexity into clear, tech-driven actions. An entrepreneurial self-starter, you’re adaptable, results-focused, and eager to work on cutting-edge sustainability projects. You’re a recent graduate with a background in tech, strategy, data, economics or sustainability, based in the Netherlands (with the right to work here), passionate about using technology to solve sustainability challenges—and ready to grow in an international, dynamic setting. What You Bring Strong interest in sustainability, ESG reporting, and emerging regulations (e.g., CSRD, ESRS, ISSB). Experience in application or through studies is a plus. Passion for technology and AI, with experience or interest in process automation, data integration, or reporting systems. Experience with data analysis, coding, building AI bots, or automating systems is a plus. Comfortable with systems such as G-suite, Microsoft Office, etc. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to distill complexity into clarity. Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and present ideas to technical and non-technical stakeholders. A self-starter mindset: proactive, adaptable, and comfortable navigating ambiguity. Fluent in English; additional languages are a bonus. Bachelor’s degree or higher. Why Prosus? Core Responsibilities

Help the global sustainability reporting team improve ESG reporting transparency, efficiency, and accountability by developing digital-first tools and automated solutions. Use technology and AI to simplify sustainability data and reporting processes as stakeholder expectations and regulations evolve.

Requirements

Applicants should be recent graduates with a bachelor's degree or higher and a background in technology, strategy, data, economics, or sustainability; they must be based in the Netherlands and have the right to work there. The role calls for an interest in sustainability and ESG regulations, technology and AI, strong analytical and communication skills, and a proactive approach; relevant experience with coding, data analysis, automation, or reporting systems is a plus.
