Are you an experienced ServiceNow IRM Specialist who enjoys turning complex risk, compliance, and audit requirements into scalable platform solutions? Join Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) and help organizations strengthen their risk and governance capabilities through ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM). What You'll Do Design and implement ServiceNow IRM solutions, including configurations, workflows, integrations, assessments, indicators, notifications, and process automation. Partner with Risk, Compliance, Audit, Security, and Platform teams to deliver solutions that meet business objectives. Support deployments through Source Control, Update Sets, and CI/CD pipelines, ensuring smooth transitions from development to production. Configure and optimize: Risk Statements & Assessments Controls & Control Objectives Policies & Compliance Frameworks Issues & Remediation Indicators & Dashboards Audit-related Processes Build integrations, develop workflows, leverage Flow Designer, and provide ongoing production support. What We're Looking For; Hands-on experience implementing ServiceNow IRM in production environments. Experience delivering at least two ServiceNow implementations. Strong knowledge of: Risk & Compliance Management IRM Data Models Reporting & Dashboards Data Migration Integrations & Platform Configuration Flow Designer & Scripting Understanding of CMDB/CSDM and how business and technology services relate to risks and controls. Experience with Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) is a plus. Certifications ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Risk & Compliance (CIS-RC) required. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) Technical Strengths Strong scripting expertise Experience working in Agile environments Knowledge of modern engineering practices: Test-Driven Development (TDD) Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) Acceptance-Test-Driven Development (ATDD) Clean Code & Clean Architecture Refactoring Pair Programming Technical Debt Management AI-Assisted Development Who You Are Proactive and results-driven. Requirements

Candidates need hands-on experience implementing ServiceNow IRM in production and experience delivering at least two ServiceNow implementations, along with strong knowledge of risk and compliance management, platform configuration, integrations, data migration, reporting, Flow Designer, and scripting. The role requires the ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Risk & Compliance certification; the ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification is also listed, and experience with TPRM is a plus.
