What You’ll Bring A passionate love of learning and… Diploma in Early Childhood Educator or working-towards In-depth knowledge of EYLF, NQS, and inquiry-based learning. Driven to provide outstanding education and care to young children Aligned to the educational philosophy of Reggio Emilia Experience in leading a room or team Current WWCC and First Aid. Core Responsibilities
Lead curriculum development in collaboration with educators, children, and families, and facilitate the planning and documentation of learning. Model current compliance practices and champion children’s learning, development, wellbeing, confidence, identity, and connection to the world.
Requirements
Applicants need a Diploma in Early Childhood Education or be working toward one, with in-depth knowledge of EYLF, NQS, inquiry-based learning, and the Reggio Emilia philosophy. The role also calls for experience leading a room or team, a current Working With Children Check and First Aid, and completion of National Child Safety Training or willingness to obtain it before employment.
