About the position As Senior Fund Accountant, you make sure the books of our crypto fund clients are accurate, complete and ready for audit. You process transactions across exchanges, custodians and wallets. You calculate the official Net Asset Value (NAV) and prepare reports for investors and regulators. Much of the data reaches our platform automatically through integrations with exchanges, custodians and blockchains. As we automate more, your role will move from processing toward analysis, control and improving how we work. Crypto brings problems traditional fund accounting doesn't have: 24/7 markets, fragmented pricing sources, staking rewards and DeFi positions. You'll help us build reliable ways to handle them. We're looking for an experienced fund accountant who knows fund administration deeply. You can only improve a process, spot bottlenecks and make real changes if you understand the work thoroughly. You'll work in a small, close-knit team with a lot of ownership. Your responsibilities include Maintaining the fund administration of crypto funds, covering spot holdings, derivatives, staking and DeFi positions Reconciling positions and transactions across exchanges, custodians and on-chain wallets Calculating the NAV, including pricing and valuing digital assets, and processing investor subscriptions and redemptions Preparing investor reports and required regulatory reports Preparing and/or reviewing annual financial statements, including crypto-specific accounting and valuation topics Maintaining reporting frameworks such as SLAs, KPIs and ISAE 3402 / SOC documentation Acting as a main point of contact for fund managers, auditors, custodians and other service providers Requirements Several years of experience in fund accounting or fund administration A good understanding of NAV calculation, investor administration and fund reporting Familiarity with digital assets, or a strong interest in them: exchanges, custody, wallets, blockchain explorers, tokens An analytical mindset and a drive to automate and improve processes Clear communication in English (Dutch is a plus) Why Accountable You'll be working in one of the fastest-changing areas of finance. Core Responsibilities

Administer crypto funds by reconciling transactions and positions across exchanges, custodians, and on-chain wallets, calculating NAV, and processing investor subscriptions and redemptions. Prepare investor and regulatory reports and financial statements, maintain service and control frameworks, and coordinate with fund managers, auditors, custodians, and other providers.

Requirements

Several years of fund accounting or fund administration experience and a solid understanding of NAV calculation, investor administration, and fund reporting are required. Candidates should be familiar with digital assets or strongly interested in exchanges, custody, wallets, blockchain explorers, and tokens, with analytical skills, a drive to improve processes, and clear English communication.
