Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Netherlands. The Job Title will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support and optimize digital supply chain and global trade initiatives for ArchLynk’s enterprise customers. Responsibilities typically include gathering business requirements, participating in solution design and configuration, and contributing to implementation and testing activities. The role may involve preparing documentation, supporting user training, and assisting with ongoing system maintenance and enhancements. The Job Title will also help identify opportunities for process improvements and innovation aligned with ArchLynk’s SAP-focused service offerings. Qualifications Relevant experience or education in supply chain management, logistics, information systems, or a related field. Familiarity with SAP Digital Supply Chain or similar enterprise systems is an advantage. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation abilities. Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in cross-functional, multicultural teams. Proficiency in English; additional European languages are a plus. Ability to work on-site in the Netherlands and engage directly with customers and internal stakeholders. Adaptability, willingness to learn, and interest in digital transformation and AI/ML-driven supply chain solutions.

Core Responsibilities

Requirements

Relevant experience or education in supply chain management, logistics, information systems, or a related field is sought; familiarity with SAP Digital Supply Chain or similar enterprise systems is an advantage. Candidates should have strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills, work effectively in multicultural teams, be proficient in English, and be able to work on-site in the Netherlands.
