About You Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role. Culinary craftsmanship with an emphasis on quality and creativity. Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure kitchen environment. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
