Voor onze nieuw te openen koffiebar zijn wij op zoek naar een energieke en enthousiaste collega die samen met ons iets moois wil neerzetten.
Wat ga je doen?
Als koffiebar assistent ben jij het gezicht van onze bar. Jij zorgt ervoor dat iedere klant met een glimlach én een perfecte kop koffie, thee of warme chocolademelk de deur uitgaat.
Je bereidt en serveert koffie en andere dranken
Je neemt bestellingen op en helpt klanten vriendelijk en snel
Je zorgt voor een schone, georganiseerde en gezellige werkplek
Je houdt de voorraad op peil en denkt vooruit
Je ondersteunt in de planning en helpt het team soepel draaien
Je bewaakt de hygiëne en zorgt dat alles tiptop in orde is
Wie ben jij?
Jij bent iemand die energie krijgt van een levendige werkplek en graag samenwerkt.
Je hebt passie voor koffie, thee of warme chocolademelk en gastvrijheid
Je hebt ervaring als barista (pré: ook met het aansturen of trainen van collega’s)
Je werkt snel, nauwkeurig en houdt overzicht
Je bent betrouwbaar en komt je afspraken na
Je bent flexibel inzetbaar, alle tijden van de dag, ook in weekenden en op piekmomenten
Je brengt een positieve vibe en een goed gevoel voor humor mee

Core Responsibilities
You will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and other beverages while providing excellent customer service. Additionally, you will maintain a clean and organized workspace, manage inventory, and support the team to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
The ideal candidate has experience as a barista and a passion for hospitality and coffee. You must be reliable, flexible with working hours including weekends, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
