Defining customer journeys and business requirements in close collaboration with customer experience specialists, engineers and other delivery partners.
Testing the delivered key features of IT teams to ensure they meet the business and customer requirements.
What could it look like specifically?
Creating a pension plan conversation that helps customers and advisers understand pension needs, including pricing, tooling and rollout strategy.
Developing a pension payout product from early solution definition and refinement through delivery and market rollout.
Adding parental controls to our investment products as part of a Child Investing proposition to meet key customer needs.
Identifying and refining the key platform features needed to make ING the home of the best-in-class Brokerage platform.
Optimising existing investment features and flows using customer feedback and continuous analysis to reduce friction and improve outcomes.
Collaborating with other ING countries and the Global Platform team to shape the future vision for investment products and represent the needs of customers in the Netherlands.
