This job posting is for our subsidiary in Benelux (located in Velp).
Ensuring optimal customer service after delivery of the goods
Providing support for troubleshooting, functional testing, and advanced use of the equipment
Receiving customer complaints
Installing, maintaining, and repairing equipment in accordance with GMP guidelines
Conducting internal and external training for customer
Assistance with the creation of service manuals
Expertise in electrical and mechanical installation, automation, and electronics
Basic knowledge of fluid mechanics, chemistry, and biotechnological processes
Experience repairing electrical and mechanical equipment
Ability to read and understand electrical and mechanical schematics
Understanding of computer-based automation systems and computer network configuration
Proficient in using Office tools such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Experience working with an ERP system
Proficiency with TCP/IP networks and infrastructure
Dutch and English both written and spoken. French and German are a plus
