PURPOSE
The TPM Project Specialist supports the development and industrialization of innovative Consumer Beauty products through close collaboration with Third-Party Manufacturers, R&D teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Project Management
- Manage TPM development activities from briefing through commercialization.
- Coordinate timelines, risks and deliverables with internal teams and suppliers.
- Ensure projects meet quality, regulatory and business requirements.
Technical Development
- Support formula development, validation and industrialization.
- Coordinate testing, claims support and technical documentation.
- Monitor technical performance throughout development.
Collaboration
- Partner with Marketing, Procurement, Packaging, Quality and external manufacturers.
- Ensure effective communication across all stakeholders.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree in Chemistry or related scientific discipline.
- 3+ years in formulation or cosmetic product development.
- Experience in color cosmetics preferred.
- Excellent organization, communication and project management skills.

Requirements
Candidates must hold a degree in Chemistry or a related scientific discipline and possess at least 3 years of experience in formulation or cosmetic product development. Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills are essential for success in this role.
