Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity to work in an extensive and complex Salesforce landscape , supporting business-critical solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, CPQ, Revenue Cloud and emerging AI initiatives.
Responsibilities
Deliver and review solution design for SFDC requirements across projects.
Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions and support technical decision-making across the Salesforce landscape.
Actively contribute to development, coding, debugging, testing, and technical problem-solving, rather than being solely limited to design and architectural activities
Work closely with business stakeholders, Product Owners, IT Leads, suppliers and external partners to deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions.
Support development activities using Salesforce technologies including Apex, Triggers, Flows and configuration capabilities.
Contribute to operational support, incident resolution, enhancement delivery and continuous improvement initiatives following project go-live.
Participate in end-to-end project delivery, from requirements analysis and solution design through implementation and operational support.
Help drive innovation within Canon’s Salesforce ecosystem, including future AI-enabled
Qualifications
Must Have
Minimum 5 years of Salesforce experience in development, design, configuration or technical specialist roles.
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience of Salesforce platform capabilities including Apex Triggers, Batch Apex, LWC, Flows and integration using REST and SOAP API.
Experience supporting project delivery and operational support activities.
Experience with DevOps and version control tools such as Bitbucket, Jenkins or similar solutions.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience working on end-to-end project across various applications and managing cross-application dependencies.
Fluent English.
Nice to Have
Salesforce CPQ experience.
Salesforce Order Management System (OMS).
Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Multiple Salesforce certifications.
IT Service Management or ITIL knowledge.
Experience within large international organisations.
