In-house day: Data, Privacy & Platform Enforcement
Interested in Digital Services Act enforcement, GDPR investigations and data class actions? And are curious about what it is like to work at De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek?
Join us for our in-house event at our Amsterdam offices on Thursday, 5 November 2026.
Our Data, Privacy & Platform Enforcement practice assists large multinational companies on complex data-related matters driven by regulators in the EU or arising from private enforcement through litigation and mass claims. Often, these matters lead to uncharted territory of data protection regulations and their interaction with other areas of law, such as EU law, competition law, consumer law and collective redress actions.
During the in-house day, you will work on a fictional case alongside fellow students and young graduates under the guidance of our attorneys. The day will close with a festive borrel!
This will give you plenty of opportunity to meet the team, get a feel for the atmosphere, ask questions, and experience what it's like to work in our practice.

How do you register?
Both bachelor's and master's students, as well as master graduates (max. 2 years post-graduation) are warmly invited to register. Please upload the required documents by 21 October 2026, 12.00 p.m. CET, at the latest using the registration button below.

Core Responsibilities
Participants will engage in a fictional case study under the guidance of attorneys to experience the firm's practice. The role involves learning about data-related matters, regulatory enforcement, and the firm's approach to complex legal challenges.
Requirements
Applicants must be current bachelor's or master's students, or recent graduates within two years of graduation. Required documentation includes a CV, recent transcripts, and any relevant internship or work-study evaluations.
