As a People & Facility Coordinator, you will play an important role in supporting our employees and ensuring our workplace runs smoothly every day. You will coordinate training activities, support workforce planning, manage workplace services, and use data to help teams make informed decisions.

Responsibilities
Workforce Planning
- Support workforce planning activities to ensure teams have the right staffing levels.
- Work closely with team leaders and managers to understand workforce needs.
- Act as a key contact for external staffing partners and internal planning teams.
- Monitor temporary labour costs and support workforce reporting.
Learning & Development
- Coordinate training activities for frontline employees.
- Schedule training sessions and maintain training records.
- Work with departments and external providers to ensure training is completed successfully.
- Track training progress and support compliance requirements.
Facilities & Workplace Support
- Help maintain a safe, clean, and well-organized workplace.
- Coordinate facility-related requests and liaise with service providers.
- Manage workwear and office supply orders.
- Support data reporting and administrative processes related to facilities management.
General Administration
- Create and maintain purchase orders and process goods receipts for key suppliers.
- Participate in workplace safety inspections and improvement initiatives.
- Follow health, safety, quality, and food safety standards.
- Support continuous improvement of site administration processes.
Qualifications
- MBO 3/4 level education or equivalent experience.
- Experience in administration, coordination, planning, HR support, customer service, or a similar role.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Fluent in Dutch and English.
- Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working with data and Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a structured way.
- Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn.
- Experience in a manufacturing or production environment is an advantage, but not required.

Requirements
