Remote and Flexible Sr. UX/UI Designer Freelancers Remote and Flexible Sr. UX/UI Designer Freelancers Pencil and Paper is an experience design company specializing in complexity. As a Senior User Interaction and Visual Designer, you will be working in tandem with our designers, and responsible for creating beautiful and intuitive solutions, bettering the design and usability of user experiences of our clients and guiding user-centred methodologies across a range of enterprise software solution, from research, strategy, design and testing. As experiences across touchpoints are changing and becoming more connected, you are helping to lead this movement. The task at hand? Create interfaces, visualize digital experiences or applications, and understand how each touchpoint is connected to the full-user experience Collaborate with clients to understand their concepts, assets and components, the strategy, the user flow, navigation and user experience, and design high-level interaction Translate business requirements end user needs and input from cross-functional teams into differentiated design solutions Stay current on emerging industry trends and the competitive landscape to provide insight on ways to improve visual design, usability and website functionality The ideal candidate has 1-3 years of experience in enterprise software Passion for user experience, interaction design and information architecture Excellent creative, analytical and process-oriented skills, as well as verbal and written skills Ability to build working relationships across teams in a collaborative, dynamic and multidisciplinary environment Ability to wireframe or design user interfaces Strong knowledge of site design and usability principles, issues, and techniques Previous experience designing complex websites and enterprise software Experience working on multiple projects simultaneously Ability to analyze customer needs and define strategies for meeting them Ability to present work and rationale for internal and external stakeholders Steps to apply Email [email protected] Tell us why this particular job and our brand resonates with you in a page or less Attach your CV (link or PDF) plus any other relevant links (ex. Requirements
