About Peddler Help build the future of urban logistics Peddler is building the next generation of urban delivery networks: faster, cleaner and designed for modern commerce. Peddler is launching the Netherlands’ largest domestic micro-hub network, powered by a leading fleet of cargo bikes and LEVs. From our urban hubs, we help retailers and e-commerce platforms move goods closer to customers , faster, cleaner and built for same-day city logistics. To scale this network successfully, we need strong hands-on operational leaders across our hubs: people who can turn plans into execution, data into action, and local teams into consistent, high-performing operations. This role requires Saturdays availability. We do not provide work permit or work visa for this role. What You'll Do Hub associates keep the engine up and running: the hubs, in which we store the packages from third parties until they get picked up from our Riders for delivery. They need to be accepted, labeled, sorted and managed. Our couriers and their bikes also need you support to make successful deliveries. You will: Label and sort packages according to shipment. Quality (and quantity!) control of orders for irregularities. Fill out the necessary shipping documents for inventory purposes. Support our couriers with their bikes, (un)loading, and any emergencies on-site. Ensure the general cleanliness of the hub. What You'll Need An MBO or High School Diploma. B2-level English (Dutch is nice but not necessary!) An electric pallet license (EPT) (Good to have and not a must) An eye for quality, safety, and following all security-related rules. To be physically fit: you will be walking and lifting a lot. Discipline, good organisational skills, and the ability to focus for long periods of time. Previous experience working in a hub / logistics would be nice (but not necessary!) At Peddler, we are always looking for ambitious individuals, from all kinds of backgrounds. Core Responsibilities

Receive, label, sort, and manage packages, checking orders for quality and quantity issues and completing shipping documents for inventory. Support couriers with bikes, loading and unloading, and on-site emergencies, while keeping the hub clean and operational.

Requirements

Applicants need an MBO qualification or high school diploma, B2-level English, physical fitness, and strong organizational skills, discipline, and attention to quality and safety. An electric pallet truck license and previous hub or logistics experience are helpful but not required; Saturday availability is required.
