In this key role, you will support the Store Manager with daily store operations, provide outstanding customer service, and contribute to achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities Support the Store Manager with day-to-day store operations Deliver excellent customer service, including answering questions and resolving issues Assist with sales initiatives and contribute to meeting store targets Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment Actively participate in visual merchandising and maintain store presentation according to POP MART standards Operate the cash register, including processing payments and opening/closing procedures Participate in team meetings and communicate goals and updates Be available to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays Required Qualifications You have experience in retail, ideally gained in an international and fast-paced retail environment Highly flexible regarding shifts and working days Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch or English Proven customer service experience with strong interpersonal skills Strong time management and organizational abilities with attention to detail A team player with a proactive attitude Preferred but Not Required Previous experience in the toy or collectibles industry Knowledge of visual merchandising Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems and retail software

Core Responsibilities

Support the Store Manager with daily store operations, provide excellent customer service, and contribute to sales targets. Manage inventory and replenishment, maintain visual merchandising and store presentation, process transactions, and communicate with the team.

Requirements

Retail and customer service experience are required, ideally in an international, fast-paced environment, along with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays. Candidates should have strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills; Dutch or English communication ability is required.
