As a BI Analyst, you will be part of our data team and build the foundation upon which the entire company makes its decisions: reliable metrics, sharp insights, and forecasts that Finance and managers can truly lean on. We are looking for someone capable of answering abstract questions and providing them with interpretation and direction. You define what a number really means. What does this entail? Ownership & SaaS Metrics: In this role, you will own our core SaaS metrics (ARR, NRR, churn, CAC/LTV & payback period), their corresponding definitions, and dashboards. Strategic Collaboration: You will interface directly with our 'heads of' (such as Finance and Data) to translate their questions into concrete analyses, and you will support business cases, forecasting, and scenario analyses as a finance-minded data analyst. Data Governance & Pipelines: You will ensure that every business-critical number has a single owner and a single definition. Alongside this steering role, you will modernize and maintain relevant reporting pipelines on the Databricks platform and automate analyses that answer recurring questions. Our Stack & Tools Within our data team, we are continuously expanding our toolkit with reliable data, sharp insights, and the latest AI and cloud technologies. We work with, among other things: Data Platform & Processing: Databricks, PySpark, Python, and MySQL BI & Visualization: Tableau for dashboards and reporting with SaaS and finance metrics (ARR, NRR, churn, margin) as the common thread. Additionally, Amplitude & UserPilot. Customer Data & Tracking: Segment (CDP) as the central source for segmentation and behavioral data. Collaboration: Linear, Confluence, and Slack. Job Requirements What We Expect from You An experienced BI / data analyst with a clear vision for translating data into financial and operational decisions. Deep experience with SQL, Databricks, and PySpark, as well as building clear dashboards and reports in BI tooling. Demonstrated knowledge of SaaS performance metrics (ARR, NRR, churn, CAC/LTV, gross margin) and financial steering / business control within a SaaS environment. A proactive Analyst who takes ownership of recurring reporting tasks (such as safeguarding metric definitions, ensuring data quality, maintaining dashboards, and supporting quarterly business reviews). Analytically minded, flexible, eager to learn, and always up-to-date with the latest developments. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data/BI analysis, preferably within a SaaS environment. What We Offer You A starting salary between €4.800 and €5.800 gross per month (based on a senior job level). A 'Lease a Bike' scheme with a €10 monthly employer contribution. Core Responsibilities

Own and define core SaaS metrics, dashboards, and reliable reporting, while maintaining and modernizing data pipelines on Databricks. Partner with Finance, Sales, Customer Success, and business leaders to deliver analyses, forecasts, business cases, and clear insights that support profitable growth.

Requirements

Candidates should have 3–5 years of data or BI analysis experience, preferably in SaaS, with strong SQL, Databricks, and PySpark skills and experience building BI dashboards and reports. They should understand SaaS performance metrics and financial business control, and be proactive in owning reporting, metric definitions, data quality, and recurring business reviews.
