Then we are looking for you! Responsibilities Our small Internal Audit team is looking for a new colleague. You work closely with your team members, but you also have your own tasks and responsibilities. The tasks and responsibilities associated with this position include: Execute, in accordance with the risk-based internal audit year plan, internal audits that may include system reviews, investigations, agreed upon procedures and risk assessments. Proactively partner with the business to identify control deficiencies, process improvements and financial issues and propose solutions where applicable. Clearly and thoroughly documents all audit work and conclusions via a well-organized set of work papers in compliance with the company standards. Report clearly and concisely. You're comfortable working across different cultures, and in this role, you will be collaborating with our international Internal Audit colleagues from Ausnutria China. Furthermore, We’re Looking For Someone With Professional audit qualification, preferably RA, RO or CIA. At least 5 years work experience in an (internal) audit position. Ability to interact with executive management, the Board of Directors, external auditors and regulatory agencies with tact and diplomacy while achieving stated objectives. Professional communication and consulting skills (both oral and written) in English and Dutch. A keen interest in cultural differences and a strong desire to foster mutual understanding. Experience in a production environment is preferential. Rewards & benefits A salary between € 4.650 and € 6.600 gross per month (based on a fulltime workweek), depending on your knowledge and experience. 25 vacation days, with the option to buy 5 additional days annually. Core Responsibilities

Conduct risk-based internal audits, system reviews, investigations, agreed-upon procedures, and risk assessments, documenting and reporting findings clearly. Partner with business stakeholders to identify control deficiencies and improvement opportunities, propose solutions, and monitor the timely implementation of audit recommendations.

Requirements

Candidates should have a professional audit qualification, preferably RA, RO, or CIA, and at least five years of experience in an audit role. They should communicate professionally in Dutch and English, work effectively with stakeholders at all levels, demonstrate independence and objectivity, and be willing to travel internationally approximately one to four times per year; production-environment experience is preferred.
