Job Description
Perform inspection, troubleshooting, and failure analysis of returned products (RMA). Diagnose mechanical and thermal-related issues and identify potential root causes. Repair, test, and validate returned products to ensure they meet quality standards. Document inspection results, repair activities, and test findings accurately. Coordinate with Engineering and Quality teams to resolve product issues and follow up on corrective actions. Qualifications Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline. Experience in RMA, product repair, troubleshooting, or a similar hands-on technical role. Basic knowledge of mechanical systems, thermal solutions, or cooling systems is preferred. Familiarity with diagnostic tools, testing equipment, and basic quality control processes. Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Experience in the data center, server, or electronics industry is a plus.

Requirements

Basic knowledge of mechanical systems, thermal or cooling solutions, diagnostic and testing equipment, and quality control is preferred, as are strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and communication skills.
