Trade Support Coordinator What we’re looking for We’re looking for a Trade Support Coordinator who keeps every trade moving behind the scenes, so our traders and Trade Operations Specialists can focus on the deal. You’ll handle the documentation, coordination and follow-up that makes sure nothing slips: the right paperwork, the right schedule, the right update to the right person. We’re hiring for this role in two ways: someone with trade support experience who can run it independently from day one, or someone starting out who wants to build toward a full Trade Operations Specialist role. What you’ll do This is a support role at the centre of the trade desk, working closely with traders, Trade Operations Specialists and our logistics partners: Prepare, check and file trade documentation, including order confirmations, packing lists and certificates. Keep shipment and ERP records accurate and up to date. Coordinate scheduling and track shipments with carriers, ISO tank operators and warehouses. Support the Trade Operations Specialists and traders with day to day follow-up, so nothing falls through the cracks. Assist with invoicing checks and basic compliance filing, including REACH and ADR/DG paperwork. Who we’re looking for We’re open to two kinds of candidates for this role. Let us know in your application which one fits you: 1. An experienced Trade Support professional You’ve worked in trade support, freight administration or logistics coordination before, and you’re ready to own the documentation and coordination workload with minimal handholding. We expect: A few years of experience in trade support, freight forwarding administration or logistics coordination. Comfortable managing documentation and shipment coordination independently. Fluent in Dutch and English (an additional language is a plus). Structured and detail-oriented, and calm when priorities shift. Based in the Netherlands and authorised to work without sponsorship. 2. A junior candidate building toward Trade Operations Specialist You’re early in your career, keen to learn the trade from the ground up, and motivated to grow into a full Trade Operations Specialist role as you build experience. We expect: Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent practical experience at that level. Fluent in Dutch and English (an additional language is a plus). Strong organisational skills and an eye for detail. Proactive, a fast learner, and comfortable asking questions. Based in the Netherlands and authorised to work without sponsorship.
