Introduction 40 hours per week Start: 29-09-2026 End: 31-08-2027 ZZP is not allowed Language : English and Dutch mandatory Relocation is not possible Job description Our team is building an Enterprise Repository that connects information from across the bank and turns it into trusted, reusable and actionable insights and data products. These products bring together information about business processes, applications, technology assets, controls, risks, assessments, architecture and configuration management. By making their relationships and dependencies transparent, the Enterprise Repository supports better decisions, regulatory compliance and bank-wide transformation. As Business Analyst for the Enterprise Repository, you will translate this ambition into concrete data products. You will define how data is structured, connected, governed, shared and consumed, and you will guide delivery teams in design and realising data products in line with the banks data standards, architecture principles and approved tools. You will work in a multidisciplinary environment with Product Owners, business stakeholders, Business Architects, Tech Leads, Data Engineers and being member of a DevOps team. Together, you will convert business and regulatory needs into scalable, secure and compliant data solutions that can be maintained and reused across the bank. Your impact The Enterprise Repository is more than a place to store information. It is a strategic data capability that enables stakeholders to understand dependencies, assess the impact of change, demonstrate control and compliance, and evaluate transformation scenarios. Your work will ensure that the Enterprise Repository will become trustworthy and fit for purpose. Key responsibilities • Translate the Enterprise Repository vision and business and regulatory requirements into requirements and use cases. • Support in the integration of domain models, canonical data models, metadata, taxonomies, relationships in the Enterprise Repository. • Contribution to design and realization of Enterprise Repository that provide insight into processes, applications, assets, controls, risks, assessments and their dependencies. • Impact analysis and implementation of Taxonomys for the Enterprise Repository, like IT and Business Process Taxonomy • Investigate data quality and provide guidance on impact and implementation in the Enterprise Repository • Ensure Enterprise Repository meet the banks requirements for data quality, security, privacy, lineage, ownership, access, retention and auditability. • Contribute towards the implementation and roll out approach of the Enterprise Repository • Work with data owners, data stewards and product owners to establish clear accountability, service levels and measurable quality criteria. • Support impact analysis, dependency management, scenario modelling and what-if analysis by ensuring that data and relationships are consistently modelled and accessible. Collaboration and leadership You connect business awareness with hands-on delivery. You can explain data concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, build alignment and DevOps team constructively. Requirements Must-Have Experience • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Information Analyst, Process Analyst, or similar role. • Experience within complex enterprise environments. • Experienced in stakeholder management in business and technology domains. • Strong workshop facilitation skills. • Experience translating business requirements into practical solutions. • Ability to translate strategic objectives into actionable backlog items. • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. • Excellent communication skills in English. • Ability to navigate complex organizational landscapes and influence decision-making. • Experience working in Agile environments. Preferred Expertise • Experience with concept of Enterprise Repository or similar • Experience with ITIL and IT Service Management practices. • Configuration Management and CMDB concepts. • Data Governance and Data Quality Management. • Azure Data & Analytics platforms. • ITSM platforms such as Halo, ServiceNow, BMC, or similar solutions. • Governance, compliance, and audit-related activities. Core Responsibilities

Translate business and regulatory needs into requirements, use cases, and actionable backlog items for the Enterprise Repository. Support data modeling, taxonomy implementation, data quality and governance, and delivery of secure, compliant, reusable data products.

Requirements

Requires at least five years of experience in business, information, or process analysis, including work in complex enterprise environments and Agile teams. Candidates should have strong stakeholder management, facilitation, analytical, communication, and requirements-translation skills; experience with enterprise repositories, ITIL, CMDB, data governance, Azure, or ITSM platforms is preferred.
