Admin Assistant (data input) of spare parts of Marine Diesel Engines, NL – Rotterdam We are currently looking for Administrative Assistant to join our Sales Team in our office in Rotterdam! Summary of the position of Admin Assistant Input of inquiries from our customers in our own system Activities of sales Admin Assistant Assisting the sales officers by placing the inquiries in our system as soon as possible in order to keep the customer satisfied with a quick response The successful candidate will: Have a valid work permit Speak fluent English Have proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook Work accurately Not have a problem doing repetitive work Have some knowledge of engines/machinery (preferred, we will provide training on the job) Have a valid work permit We will offer you the following: Salary: € 2.700 up to € 2.850 gross per month depending on experience Health allowance: € 250 gross per month Holiday allowance: 8.0% Commuting allowance Pension scheme Lunch onsite Full-time onsite job 25 vacation days based on a 12-month contract Bonus- and promotion system Start date: as soon as possible Are you interested to work in an international company with a Korean and European culture? Enter customer inquiries about marine diesel engine spare parts into the company's system promptly and accurately. Support sales officers by processing inquiries quickly to help ensure customers receive timely responses.

Requirements

Candidates must have a valid work permit, speak fluent English, and be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook. They should work accurately and be comfortable with repetitive tasks; knowledge of engines or machinery is preferred, with on-the-job training provided.
