About the position This is a temporary position to cover a colleague’s leave of absence. The position will end when the colleague returns from leave. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Key Account Managers and Country Product Manager, ensuring smooth and efficient daily sales operations. You will work with numbers and data, coordinate with multiple stakeholders, and collaborate closely with our local teams and HQ Sales team in Taiwan. Your main responsibilities will include: Order & Supply Management: Assist the sales team in reviewing and verifying Purchase Orders (POs). Communicate closely with HQ Sales Management and the Supply Chain team to confirm shipment status and supply capabilities. Pricing & Inventory Support: Assist in organizing price lists and stock availability reports, providing accurate information to facilitate communication with distributors and channel partners. Cross-functional Alignment: Collaborate with Product Managers (PMs) to map order information and ensure product allocations are aligned with sales needs. Data Accuracy & System Integration: Support managers and the sales team in verifying the accuracy of operational data. Assist with data uploads, system integration, and collaboration with relevant departments to build and maintain robust data systems. Reporting & Dashboards: Organize and consolidate complex sales data into clear and interactive dashboards for the team. Target & Performance Tracking: Assist with calculating, setting, and tracking sales targets and KPIs. Sales Enablement: Organize information and prepare presentations and essential documents for client meetings. Administrative Support: Handle other ad-hoc projects, administrative tasks, and operational duties as assigned by management. Qualifications and Background Good experience working with Excel and handling data. Strong analytical, organizational, and coordination skills. Organized, structured, and proactive in your way of working. Good command of English. Mandarin and Dutch are a strong plus, both written and spoken. Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships. A practical and solution-oriented mindset, with a good sense of prioritization and how to move tasks forward. Previous experience in a coordinating, sales support, or similar operational role is preferred.
Core Responsibilities
Support Key Account Managers and the Country Product Manager with daily sales operations, including purchase order verification, shipment and supply coordination, and pricing and inventory information. Maintain accurate sales data, prepare dashboards and client materials, track targets and KPIs, and provide administrative and cross-functional support.
Requirements
The role requires good Excel and data-handling experience, strong analytical, organizational, and coordination skills, and a proactive, structured, solution-oriented approach. Good English and effective communication are required; Mandarin and Dutch are strong advantages, while previous sales support or operational coordination experience is preferred.
