Venture Building, Hetmos Group Build, fund and lead a company alongside our group We are looking for founders and senior operators to launch and lead innovative companies in partnership with our group. The principle is simple. You bring the project, the domain expertise and the execution. We bring the seed capital, the commercial firepower, the fundraising capability and the infrastructure of a group operating in more than 14 countries. THREE WAYS TO JOIN You already have a project, whether it is a structured idea, a prototype or an existing company. You want to take the lead on a project initiated by the Group, already scoped and with its first customers in place. You do not have a project yet, but you have the operating experience and the drive to build. We then shape the venture with you, based on market needs we have identified. OPEN ROLES Chief Executive, Chief Revenue, Chief Technology, Chief Financial and Chief Operating roles. We open both founder and co-founder positions, depending on the stage of the project and the team already in place. SECTORS Fintech, M&A tech, legaltech and regtech, proptech, HR tech, insurtech, core banking, accounting automation and BPO, wealth management, data and applied AI for professional services, B2B marketplaces, cloud infrastructure. This list is indicative, not exhaustive. We look at any B2B project with strong potential, with a preference for those adjacent to our own universe and able to use our existing client base as early adopters. WHAT THE GROUP BRINGS Seed capital from our own balance sheet, through co-investment or in full. A commercial force deployed across Europe and a network of more than 75 agents. Fundraising capability and direct access to our base of institutional and private investors. A technical team and a sales team in support. Legal, administrative and financial structuring. WHAT YOU BRING Product vision and deep knowledge of your market. The ability to sell the first customers yourself. Full-time commitment to the venture. NATURE OF THE ROLE This is a founding partner role, not a salaried position. Compensation is based on equity in the company created. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR Entrepreneurs and former executives. Senior operators looking to move to the founder side. Domain experts with deep knowledge of a sector and its network. Consultants and senior managers. Investors willing to commit to execution. Prior experience founding or running a company is valued, but it is not a requirement. What matters more is knowing a market and being able to sell into it. LOCATION We operate in more than 14 countries. Ventures can be based in Europe or run remotely, depending on the target market.

Core Responsibilities

Build and lead a new company as a founding partner, developing the product and bringing in initial customers. Work with the group to shape the venture, execute its strategy, and grow the business using the group’s capital, commercial network, and operational support.

Requirements

Candidates should bring product vision, deep knowledge of a market, the ability to sell to initial customers, and full-time commitment to the venture. Prior experience founding or running a company is valued but not required; senior operators, executives, domain experts, consultants, and investors with execution drive are considered.
