This = the job As a Mobile Team Lead, you will play a key role in driving the vision, delivery, and continuous improvement of Exact mobile apps. You will lead a multidisciplinary team responsible for maintaining and enhancing our mobile solutions, which support a wide range of business processes such as accounting, construction, expense management, inventory management, HRM, field service, and point of sale. Our apps empower over 675,000 companies to grow their businesses. In this role, you combine hands-on technical expertise with people leadership. You guide your team in building high-quality mobile solutions, set technical direction, and ensure alignment with product and business goals. There is a strong focus on .NET MAUI development. Already familiar with MAUI? Great. Coming from Xamarin, .NET/C#, or native iOS/Android? Also, great—if you are motivated to lead the transition and further adoption of .NET MAUI. As a Team Lead, you: Lead and coach a Scrum team of mobile developers Foster a culture of ownership, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing Work closely with Product Owners, Architects, and other stakeholders Ensure delivery of high-quality, scalable, and user-friendly mobile solutions You stay close to the code, while enabling your team to perform at their best. This = our tech stack We develop mobile apps for iOS and Android using technologies such as: .NET / C# / MAUI Native languages: Swift, Java, Kotlin Copilot SQL Server Cloud platforms: Azure and AWS This = what you bring Proven experience as a Senior Mobile Developer or Team Lead Strong experience with .NET MAUI, Xamarin, or C#/.NET Beneficial if you have native iOS/Android background with the ability to lead cross-platform strategy Experience in leading or mentoring engineers in an Agile/Scrum environment Strong architectural thinking and decision-making skills. Core Responsibilities

Lead and coach a Scrum team of mobile developers, setting technical direction and guiding the delivery and continuous improvement of Exact’s iOS and Android apps. Collaborate with product owners, architects, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality, scalable, user-friendly solutions while remaining hands-on with the code.

Requirements

Candidates should have senior mobile development or team leadership experience, strong expertise in .NET MAUI, Xamarin, or C#/.NET, and experience leading or mentoring engineers in an Agile/Scrum environment. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent, strong architectural and analytical skills, fluent English, ownership, and a collaborative leadership style are also requested.
