About Proba Fertilizers contribute ~5% of global emissions, which makes them a key area for decarbonization. With Proba, agri-food businesses can quantify, verify, and report emission reductions from fertilizer-related interventions within their supply chains. Proper emission quantification can facilitate the financing and scaling of GHG emission reduction projects, which benefit each supply chain member, and our planet. About the Role We are looking for a part-time Finance Manager to join Proba for 2 days a week. If you are a finance expert who’s ready to be hands-on and strategic at the same time, this role is for you This individual will play a critical role in day-to-day financial operation, expansion planning, capital raising initiatives, development projects, investor relationships, and long-term financial strategy. The ideal candidate brings experience supporting quick-growth businesses and has a strong understanding of financial operations, financial forecasting, investor relations, and corporate finance. We are looking for someone who has: Multiple years in a finance role, ideally as a Finance Manager or Finance Director Financial modeling, forecasting, and valuation expertise Experience with SaaS or recurring-revenue business models and the metrics that go with them (ARR, gross margin, burn, runway) Comfort building and operating the finance function early-stage and scaling it as the company grows Board reporting and investor presentation experience Fluency in English, written and spoken. Requirements

Candidates should have multiple years of finance experience, ideally as a Finance Manager or Finance Director, with expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and valuation. Experience with SaaS or recurring-revenue businesses, early-stage finance operations, board reporting, and investor presentations is sought; fluency in written and spoken English and residence in the Netherlands are required.
