Role Description The IT Support Engineer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Amsterdam. This role is responsible for providing day-to-day technical support to internal users, including diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues. The IT Support Engineer will manage help desk tickets, perform basic system administration tasks, and ensure that IT incidents and requests are handled in a timely and professional manner. Daily activities include troubleshooting user problems, maintaining workstations and peripherals, assisting with software installations and updates, and supporting the stability and security of the local IT environment. The role also involves documenting issues and solutions, collaborating with other IT team members, and contributing to continuous improvement of support processes. Qualifications Strong technical support and help desk support skills, with the ability to handle user inquiries and incidents efficiently. Solid foundation in information technology and system administration, including operating systems, basic networking, and user account management. Proficient troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and connectivity issues in a business environment. Clear and professional communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Relevant education in IT, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Experience with common business systems and tools (e.g., Windows, Microsoft 365, endpoint security solutions) is highly beneficial. Capability to work on-site in Amsterdam, manage priorities, and maintain a customer-focused mindset. Industry certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar are a plus.
Core Responsibilities

Requirements
