Role: AV Project Manager Location: Netherlands – Regular weekly travel to Breda, Noord-Brabant is essential Contract: Full-Time, Permanent Hours: 40 hours per week – Monday - Friday Salary: €4,375 - €5,400 per month, plus car/car allowance & company benefits Kinly is a leading integrator of audio-visual and unified communications solutions, and the largest in Europe, serving as a globally trusted technology advisor to leading organisations. Due to exciting new team structures at Kinly, we now have several opportunities for proven AV Project Managers to join our highly collaborative global operations team. You will be working closely with design teams, installation and commissioning teams, sales teams, suppliers, customers, and other project stakeholders, being responsible for planning, coordinating, executing, and successfully delivering projects within agreed time, budget, quality, and scope parameters. The role ensures that projects are executed in a structured and predictable manner, with all stakeholders aligned to project objectives and expectations. You will lead project teams, monitor progress throughout the entire project lifecycle, and ensure timely decision-making, risk management, and stakeholder engagement and will actively contribute to customer satisfaction, project profitability, and the continuous improvement of project management processes. Key Responsibilities: Take ownership of assigned AV integration projects from internal project handover through to completion Lead project mobilisation and establish project delivery requirements Develop and maintain detailed project plans and delivery schedules Establish project milestones, dependencies, critical paths and key deliverables Establish project governance, reporting and communication structures Ensure project teams understand scope, programme, deliverables and customer requirements Coordinate activities across; AV design, Procurement, Supply chain, Rack build, Site installation, Programming, Commissioning Manage project delivery against agreed scope, budget, programme and quality requirements Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, suppliers and specialist partners Act as the primary project contact for the customer throughout project delivery Communicate project risks, issues, changes and dependencies proactively. Take responsibility for the financial performance of assigned projects Monitor project budgets, costs, revenue and gross margin Identify, assess and manage project risks throughout the project lifecycle Develop mitigation and contingency plans for key project risks. Proactively manage project dependencies and constraints Ensure Health, Safety & Compliance Skills & Experience Proven experience managing complex projects within the AV, technology integration, IT, engineering or construction sectors Solid background in project planning, financial control, resource management, Health & Safety and construction experience is essential Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies and processes Experience managing project budgets, costs, risks and programmes Strong customer and stakeholder management skills Experience coordinating multidisciplinary technical teams Strong commercial awareness and financial management skills Experience working with subcontractors, suppliers and external partners Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work on multiple projects Willingness to travel and work flexible hours when required Relevant project management certification (e.g. PRINCE2, Agile, MSP) Familiarity with PMO tools (e.g., MS Project, Power BI, Jira, Clarity, Planview) CTS, CTS-D, or CTS-I certification (AVIXA/InfoComm) advantageous but not essential Able to be in the Breda office when not on client sites Fluency in both Dutch and English would be beneficial What Kinly Offers You A competitive salary 8% holiday allowance A full-time position, partly from home and partly at the office (Breda) 27 vacation days per year on a full-time basis + the day off after Ascension Day A good pension scheme Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometre or an NS Business Card A mobile phone and laptop Flexible working hours Free organized lunch at the office and fresh fruit throughout the day A work environment where employees take center stage and job satisfaction is important. Core Responsibilities

Own AV integration projects from internal handover through completion, leading mobilisation, planning, governance, and coordination across design, procurement, installation, programming, and commissioning teams. Manage delivery against scope, schedule, budget, quality, and safety requirements while overseeing project finances, risks, dependencies, and customer communications.

Requirements

Candidates need proven experience managing complex projects in AV, technology integration, IT, engineering, or construction, with strong project planning, financial control, resource management, health and safety, and construction experience. Strong stakeholder and customer management, multidisciplinary team coordination, commercial awareness, and willingness to travel are required; project management certification and Dutch-English fluency are beneficial.
