NAVIGATING YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES As Event Operations Management Trainee you are responsible for providing our guests with an inspirational meeting or event, with unique discoveries that they will always remember and want to share with their world. You will use your creativity to come up with ideas for enhancing the guest journey throughout their events and surprise them in the best possible way. The work is very diverse, one day you assist guests during a small meeting and the other day you serve our guests at a wedding or conference. You will ensure proper execution of all Events in our meeting rooms. When setting up a meeting room, you like to use your creativity and think out of the box. Core Responsibilities

Assist guests at meetings, weddings, and conferences, and ensure events in the hotel’s meeting rooms are executed properly. Create and implement ideas that enhance the guest journey, including creative and personalized meeting room setups.

Requirements

Applicants should be flexible, dynamic, able to communicate fluently in English, and strong at multitasking. They must be available to work morning and evening shifts and commit to a placement lasting 5 to 10 months.
