Job Description About the role As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you will manage and streamline shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations at our Zoeterwoude location. In this hands-on role, you will serve as the operational bridge between logistics and internal departments, ensuring materials arrive on time, system transactions are accurate, and warehouse operations run efficiently across our regional network. Key Responsibilities This role is based on-site at our Zoeterwoude location with hybrid work opportunities. Arrange, coordinate, and continuously monitor incoming and outgoing freight shipments to guarantee on-time delivery. Review schedules proactively to prepare, stage, and plan stock several days in advance of shipment. Execute all system transactions related to receiving, shipping, and material movements accurately within ERP/WMS systems. Safely operate a forklift to load, unload, stage, and move goods, optimizing storage layouts and maintaining accurate labeling systems across the warehouse. Communicate across cross-functional internal teams, drivers, and carriers to eliminate delays and streamline supply chain workflows. Qualifications Required: Valid Driving License and an active Forklift Certificate/License. Required: Professional fluency in English; working knowledge of Dutch is a strong advantage. Required: Hands-on experience with ERP/WMS systems to execute accurate inventory, shipping, and material transactions. Skills you need to succeed: Proactive planning abilities to look ahead at operational schedules, anticipate bottlenecks, and prepare stock in advance. Core Responsibilities

Coordinate and monitor incoming and outgoing freight, plan and stage stock ahead of shipments, and accurately process receiving, shipping, and material-movement transactions in ERP/WMS systems. Operate a forklift and maintain efficient warehouse storage and labeling while coordinating with internal teams, drivers, and carriers to prevent delays.

Requirements

Applicants must have a valid driving license, an active forklift certificate or license, professional fluency in English, and hands-on ERP/WMS experience. Proactive operational planning and strong communication and collaboration skills are required; working knowledge of Dutch is an advantage.
