As a Food & Beverage Intern, you will support our F&B team in delivering exceptional service across our outlets, including restaurant, bar, and events. Your responsibilities include: Assisting with daily restaurant and bar operations; Janine Restaurant & Bakery, Specht Lobby bar, Koepelcafe, CIMA rooftop bar Welcoming and serving guests with a smile, looking for guest cues to anticipate guest needs Supporting mise en place and operational preparations Learning about menu knowledge, wine service, and upselling techniques Contributing to memorable guest experiences Supporting meetings, events, and banqueting operations What makes you the perfect fit? You have strong communication skills. You are able to communicate fluently in English and preferably Dutch. You love to work with food and beverages in a hotel and it’s your passion to create unique and personalized experiences. You are flexible and can work various shifts (morning, evening, weekends). Core Responsibilities

Support daily restaurant and bar operations across the hotel's outlets, welcome and serve guests, and help anticipate their needs. Assist with preparations, learn menu and wine service and upselling, and contribute to meetings, events, and banqueting.

Requirements

Applicants must be students who can receive an internship agreement from their school and be available for 5 to 10 months. Strong communication skills, fluent English, preferably Dutch, a passion for food and beverage hospitality, and flexibility to work varied shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends, are sought.
