We're hiring: German Speaking Business Applications Support (SAP S/4HANA) in the heart of Rotterdam! As part of our Business Applications Support team, you provide first‑line support for SAP S/4HANA and connected business applications, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations and a strong end‑user experience. You act as the key contact for users, support issue resolution, manage SAP tickets and access requests, and help improve system stability and usability across the organization. Outlook of responsibilities: Provide 1st‑line support for SAP S/4HANA and connected applications Log, track, and resolve incidents and service requests via the ITSM system Support SAP Fiori apps, reporting tools, integrations, and user access management Coordinate with internal IT, vendors, and SAP on escalations and follow‑up actions Maintain documentation, contribute to knowledge sharing, and support continuous improvement initiatives Assist with testing and validation during SAP updates and releases What You Bring Hands‑on SAP S/4HANA support experience (L1/L2) Basic to good understanding of SAP business processes Experience with SAP Fiori, user authorizations, and reporting/integration support Understanding of ITIL-based support processes Strong communication and problem‑solving skills Structured, proactive, and customer‑focused mindset Fluency in German and English What we offer you: 13th month salary 30 days of paid holidays per year A fully company-paid pension plan Working from home per company policy incl. allowance Discount on health insurance and fitness Competitive Salary Interested in supporting and improving our SAP application landscape? Core Responsibilities

Requirements
Candidates should have hands-on L1/L2 SAP S/4HANA support experience and a basic-to-good understanding of SAP business processes. Experience with SAP Fiori, authorizations, reporting or integrations, and ITIL-based support is expected, along with strong communication skills and fluency in German and English.
