INNER is an Eindhoven‑based deep‑tech startup developing diagnostic technology for electric vehicle (EV) batteries. As EV adoption accelerates, INNER addresses one of the industry’s biggest challenges: battery quality and reliability. Our proprietary X‑ray/CT scanner, powered by machine learning, extends battery life cycles, enables precise automated repair, and reduces waste. We are seeking a marketing Intern to join our energetic and international team. Whom are we looking for? Great communicator - understands the business, and loves writing, whether it's social media, website updates or investors' decks Creative designer - has good taste and loves design, to serve the business needs and engage the audience when telling our story Understands social media - knows how to leverage LinkedIn (but not just that) and grow our exposure Affinity to tools - Canva, Hubspot, Squarespace and Linkedin Sales Navigator are only some of the tools we are using daily. We are looking for somebody who would be curious about best practices and help us constantly evolve, use the tools even better, and probably propose and implement additional tools over time Team player - we have strong connections within the team; we are looking for people who enjoy supporting each other and collaborating Independent and a good planner - Someone who plans well and owns the process all the way to execution, specifically in a hybrid setting Out of the box thinker, with a Can-Do mentality who loves a challenge - our work is dynamic; we are looking for someone who thrives under pressure, adapts well to change, and enjoys finding a window whenever a door closes Comes with the relevant education. Master's in Marketing and CRM experience - a plus. Details: 32-40 hours, hybrid (combining Eindhoven office days with remote work is a must). Core Responsibilities

Support INNER’s marketing and brand storytelling through writing and design for social media, website updates, and investor presentations. Help grow the company’s exposure, use and improve marketing tools, and manage marketing work from planning through execution.

Requirements

The role seeks a strong English communicator with an interest in B2B marketing, deep tech, automotive, and energy, plus writing, design, and social media abilities. Candidates should be collaborative, independent, well organized, adaptable, and comfortable using marketing tools; relevant education is expected, while a master’s degree in marketing and CRM experience are a plus.
