Are you curious how high-tech precision parts are made, measured, sourced, and delivered? At Frencken, we regularly offer part-time and short-term opportunities to students, career switchers, and other motivated people e.g. zij-instromers who want to learn by doing. Whether you study mechatronics, mechanical engineering, another technical field, or supply chain and logistics, or you just want to learn something new, everybody is welcome. Motivation, curiosity, and reliability matters more than experience. Right now, we have four opportunities to start as soon as possible: Machining Production Support (Eindhoven, 2-3 months) – help our machining team keep production on the shop floor running smoothly. Operational Buyer Support (Eindhoven, 4–6 months) – help make sure materials and parts arrive on time. Assembly Qualification Support (Eindhoven, 4–6 months) – help make sure all measurements on our modules are carried out correctly. Warehouse Support (Reuver, 2–3 months) – help receive, store, and prepare goods for production. We offer flexible work that fits around your studies or other commitments, hands-on experience in a high-tech environment, and colleagues who are happy to share their knowledge. Curious? Core Responsibilities
Support machining production, purchasing operations, assembly measurements, or warehouse activities, depending on the opportunity selected. Help keep production running smoothly, ensure materials and parts arrive on time, verify module measurements, or receive, store, and prepare goods for production.
Requirements
No prior experience is required; motivation, curiosity, and reliability are valued more than experience. The opportunities are open to students, career switchers, and others interested in learning by doing, including people studying technical fields or supply chain and logistics.
