As a Software Engineer C#/C++/JAVA, you develop and test software for high-tech products and machines. In this role, you support our customers in the semiconductor, analytical instrumentation, and medical equipment industries, within the triangle of Nijmegen, Enschede, and Zwolle, by delivering smart, sustainable, and reliable software solutions. We vertellen je graag meer… Your future workplace This is what you bring to the table You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Computer Science, Technical Informatics, or Computer Engineering You have at least 2–3 years of experience in technical software development You have experience in technical domains such as the semiconductor, medical, or analytical industry You have knowledge of various development methodologies and techniques such as Design - Patterns, UML, and Agile You are a team player and keep the common goal in mind You have a good command of both Dutch and English, spoken and written You possess a valid European driver’s license and are willing to travel This is what you can expect in return from Sioux Flexible 32-40 hour working week, with room to work from home. Important note: This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the US Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work. Core Responsibilities

Design, develop, and test software for high-tech products and machines, using C#, C++, and/or Java. Work with customers and project teams in an agile environment to deliver reliable solutions and maintain software quality through reviews and testing.

Requirements

A bachelor's or master's degree, preferably in computer science or a related technical field, and at least 2–3 years of technical software development experience are required. Candidates should have relevant high-tech industry experience, knowledge of development methods such as design patterns, UML, and Agile, strong Dutch and English communication skills, a valid European driver's license, and willingness to travel.
