Job Requirements WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING You are the first point of contact for guests, assisting with check-ins, check-outs and questions. You share recommendations and offer to make reservations. You take calls and handle room reservation requests. You help guests with luggage and ensure a warm farewell. You support the breakfast service and assist in the lobby when needed. You maintain a clean and welcoming environment. Who Are You You always put the guest first. You are flexible, energetic and calm in any situation. You have experience as a receptionist; F&B experience is a plus. You work well independently and in a team. You are proactive, responsible and a real go-getter. Experience with reservation systems and first aid is an advantage. You speak fluent Dutch and English; additional languages are a plus. At least two years of hospitality experience. You can easily travel to work at all times. What's In It For You Travel allowance from 10 kilometers. Overtime can be paid out or saved as extra time off. Training and development opportunities. Core Responsibilities

Welcome guests as their first point of contact, assist with check-ins and check-outs, answer questions, provide recommendations, and handle calls and room reservations. Help with luggage and farewells, support breakfast service and the lobby, and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.

Requirements

Candidates should have at least two years of hospitality experience, including receptionist experience; food and beverage experience is an advantage. They should be fluent in Dutch and English, guest-focused, flexible, energetic, calm, proactive, responsible, able to work independently and in a team, and able to travel to work at all times; reservation-system experience and first aid are advantages.
