Locations: Amsterdam (NL) Dubai (UAE) Riyadh & Dammam (KSA) Type: Full-time (Freelance) Qualifications Health & Safety, Occupational Health, and Environment Health and Safety skills to design, implement, and maintain robust HSEQ systems. NEBOSH or equivalent recognized HSEQ certification to demonstrate professional competence. Auditing skills to plan, conduct, and report internal and external HSEQ audits, including ISO, SQAS, and Responsible Care frameworks. Experience working in high-risk industries such as petrochemicals, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, or logistics. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, including investigations, gap analysis, root cause analysis, and data-driven decision-making. Proven ability to collaborate with operational teams, lead training and workshops, and communicate complex HSEQ concepts in practical terms. Familiarity with ISO 9001/14001/45001 standards and implementation projects; experience with certification timelines is an advantage.

Design, implement, and maintain HSEQ systems, and plan, conduct, and report audits against relevant standards and frameworks. Support operational teams through investigations, analysis, training, and practical integration of safety and compliance into daily work.
Requirements
Candidates should have recognized HSEQ certification such as NEBOSH or an equivalent, auditing expertise, and experience in a high-risk industry. They should be familiar with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001, and able to analyze incidents and gaps, lead training, and communicate effectively with operational teams.
