The Setup Specialist/PMO is responsible for supporting and executing the setup of operational systems, processes, and infrastructure. This role focuses on hands‑on implementation to ensure new locations, equipment, and workflows are properly set up to support smooth operations and business growth. Key Responsibilities Execute setup activities for new locations, equipment, and operational workflows. Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure setup tasks are completed accurately and on time. Support the implementation and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures related to setup and operations. Ensure setup activities comply with company policies, safety requirements, and industry standards. Track setup progress and report issues or delays to relevant stakeholders. Support troubleshooting and resolution of setup‑related issues to minimize operational disruption. Maintain basic documentation, checklists, and setup records. Work closely with IT, logistics, and facilities teams during setup and rollout phases. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or a related field. 3–5+ years of experience in operations setup, project coordination, facilities, or similar roles. Hands‑on, execution‑focused mindset with good attention to detail. Experience working with cross‑functional teams and vendors. Basic understanding of operational processes and safety standards. Good communication and coordination skills. Willingness to travel when required. Valid driving license is a plus. Fluent in English, Dutch is a strong advantag

Core Responsibilities

Requirements

A bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or a related field and 3–5+ years of experience in operations setup, project coordination, facilities, or a similar role are requested. Candidates should have a hands-on approach, attention to detail, cross-functional and vendor coordination experience, basic knowledge of operational processes and safety standards, and good communication skills; Dutch is an advantage, and travel may be required.
