Your Challenge As Project Manager Innovations, you will lead multidisciplinary innovation projects focused on the development and implementation of novel radiochemical production technologies. Working within the Medical Isotopes Program, you will take ownership of projects from early concepts and development through implementation and transfer to operations. You will act as the connecting force between scientific, engineering, quality, production, regulatory and business stakeholders, ensuring projects are executed safely, efficiently, and in line with strategic objectives. This role combines the dynamics of innovation with the discipline of GMP-regulated pharmaceutical development and manufacturing, offering an exciting challenge for professionals who enjoy translating new technologies into operational reality. What You Will Do Lead innovation projects from concept development through implementation and operational handover. Develop and manage project plans, budgets, schedules, resource plans, and deliverables. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams consisting of scientists, engineers, technicians, operators, and external partners. Align project objectives with business priorities and stakeholder expectations. Proactively manage project scope, risks, timelines, resources, and budgets. Drive project activities related to process development, scale-up, equipment implementation, qualification, validation, and technology transfer. Monitor project performance and provide clear progress reporting to management and steering committees. Ensure compliance with GMP requirements, applicable regulations, and radiological safety standards. Facilitate effective decision-making and stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle. What You Bring You are a structured and results-driven project leader with the ability to bring together diverse stakeholders and guide complex projects to successful completion. You understand how to operate in regulated environments where innovation, quality, and operational excellence must go hand in hand. In addition, you bring: A bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, pharmaceutical sciences, chemistry, biotechnology, life sciences or related discipline. At least 5 years of project management experience within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, chemical, engineering or life sciences environments. Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary development and implementation projects. Proven success managing project scope, budgets, timelines, resources and risk. Experience within GMP-regulated manufacturing or development environments. Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills. Excellent command of English; Dutch is considered an advantage. Experience with radiopharmaceuticals, nuclear technologies, radioactive materials or high-containment production environments is a plus but not required. Core Responsibilities

Lead multidisciplinary radiochemical innovation projects from concept and development through implementation and operational handover. Manage project plans, budgets, schedules, resources, risks, stakeholder engagement, and compliance with GMP, regulatory, and radiological safety requirements.

Requirements

Requires a bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, pharmaceutical sciences, chemistry, biotechnology, life sciences, or a related discipline, plus at least five years of relevant project management experience. Candidates should have experience leading multidisciplinary development and implementation projects in GMP-regulated environments, with strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills; radiopharmaceutical or nuclear technology experience is an advantage.
