Are you a hands-on electronics specialist with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for bringing complex tech to life? As an Assembly & Test Engineer, you will play a crucial role in building and validating innovative electronic products—guiding them all the way from initial prototype to final delivery. You’ll work at the heart of our technical operations, bridging the gap between design and production while ensuring the highest standards of quality. Key Responsibilities Assembly & Testing: Assemble, modify, repair, and thoroughly test complex electronic products. Precision Soldering & Rework: Perform fine hand soldering and intricate rework tasks on circuit boards. Test Infrastructure: Build, calibrate, and maintain test setups and custom test circuits. Troubleshooting: Collaborate closely with R&D and design engineers to analyze and solve challenging technical issues. Quality & Process Optimization: Proactively contribute to improving manufacturing processes, assembly workflows, and product quality standards. Who We Are Looking For We are searching for a practical, precise, and solution-oriented professional with a strong foundation in electrical engineering and proven hands-on experience in electronics assembly and testing. Technical Background: Educational background or equivalent experience in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field. Assembly & Test Expertise: Solid experience assembling, testing, and troubleshooting electronic components and PCBs. IPC Certification/Knowledge: Experience with IPC-7711/7721 (Rework, Modification, and Repair) is essential. Knowledge of IPC-A-610 (Acceptability of Electronic Assemblies) is a big plus. Mindset: Accurate, methodical, and energized by solving technical puzzles in a collaborative environment. Core Responsibilities

Assemble, modify, repair, and test electronic products and circuit boards, including performing precision soldering and rework. Build and maintain test infrastructure, troubleshoot technical issues with engineering teams, and improve manufacturing processes and product quality.

Requirements

Candidates need an educational background or equivalent experience in electrical engineering, electronics, or a related field, along with hands-on experience assembling, testing, and troubleshooting electronic components and PCBs. Experience with IPC-7711/7721 is essential; knowledge of IPC-A-610 is an advantage, as are accuracy, methodical work, and collaborative problem-solving.
