The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to ensure accurate financial reporting, statutory compliance, robust financial controls, and successful audits across a portfolio of legal entities. This role plays a key part in supporting business performance, driving process improvements, and developing accounting capability within the team. Reporting to the Head of Operational Accounting, you will also act as a key partner to Group Reporting, FP&R and Finance Business Partnering teams, while providing leadership and coaching junior roles within the function. Key Responsibilities Lead the accurate and timely month-end and year-end close process for assigned entities, ensuring high-quality financial reporting Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory and internal control requirements, including audits, financial policies and SOPs Review balance sheet reconciliations, financial results and working capital analysis, identifying and resolving accounting issues proactively Drive continuous improvement initiatives, enhancing processes, controls, systems and accounting practices Coach and support an Assistant Accountant while collaborating with finance stakeholders to deliver business objectives Why Norgine? Requirements Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with strong financial accounting and statutory reporting experience, including preparation of financial statements Proven experience managing month-end close processes, audits and compliance within a complex international environment Strong understanding of financial controls, balance sheet management, intercompany accounting, inventory and reporting standards Experience leading process improvement initiatives and driving operational efficiencies Excellent stakeholder management, communication and people development skills Benefits Our benefits may vary per location. Core Responsibilities

Requirements

Requires a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) with strong financial accounting and statutory reporting experience. Candidates should have experience managing close processes, audits, and compliance in a complex international environment, alongside expertise in controls, balance sheet management, intercompany accounting, inventory, process improvement, and stakeholder and people development.
