Founded in 2020, the company is building the world’s most advanced trade-in and circular commerce platform. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Supply Chain Intern role based in Utrecht. The intern will support daily supply chain operations, including coordinating device movements, tracking shipments, and assisting with inventory control across multiple channels. Responsibilities include collecting and analyzing operational data, preparing reports, and helping optimize processes related to procurement, warehousing, and logistics. The role will also involve collaborating with internal teams and external partners to resolve discrepancies, ensure timely order fulfillment, and maintain accurate records in relevant systems. The intern will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at increasing efficiency, reducing waste, and supporting NorthLadder’s circular commerce objectives. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills, such as data interpretation, problem-solving, and basic proficiency with spreadsheets or analytics tools. Candidates should possess foundational knowledge of Supply Chain Management, including logistics coordination and basic understanding of procurement and distribution processes. Candidates should possess skills in Inventory Management, including monitoring stock levels, reconciling records, and supporting demand planning activities. Candidates should possess an interest in Operations Management, with the ability to support process documentation, workflow improvements, and quality checks. Enrollment in a degree program in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or a related field is preferred. Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment are beneficial. Comfort with digital tools and platforms; experience with ERP or inventory systems is an advantage.

Core Responsibilities

Coordinate device movements, track shipments, support inventory control, and assist with procurement, warehousing, and logistics processes. Analyze operational data, prepare reports, maintain accurate records, resolve fulfillment discrepancies with partners and internal teams, and contribute to continuous improvement.

Requirements

Candidates should have communication, analytical, supply chain, logistics, inventory management, and operations skills, along with attention to detail and strong organizational abilities. Enrollment in a degree program in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or a related field is preferred; comfort with digital tools is expected, and ERP or inventory-system experience is an advantage.
