For our Emporio Armani Shop-in-Shop located in De Bijenkorf Amsterdam, we are looking for a Stock Keeper. As a member of the Armani Team, you will act as a Brand Ambassador and will contribute to promote the brand culture and values. In the role of Stock Keeper, your main activities will include: OPERATIONS • Comply with and apply company policies and procedures. • Monitor and manage inventory turnover, updating the system when necessary, and without interfering with sales floor operations. • Actively participate in receiving the merchandise and do the necessary quality control. This includes verifying the consistency between received products, shipping documents, and the back-office system. • Check and report to your managers any possible loss, damages, or discrepancies. • Organize merchandise in the stockroom (in accordance with company procedures) and periodically organize stock spaces in order to optimize replenishment, thereby supporting sales performance. • Apply price tags and anti-theft devices on products. • Handle inbound and outbound merchandise movements (i.e., transfers, end-of-season returns, etc.), • Organize and actively participate in fiscal and cycle inventories. • Support all other daily store operations activities which are not directly related to stock management, when needed. SALES & BUSINESS MANAGEMENT • Support the Sales Team as needed (e.g., retrieving requested items, providing information on stock availability, etc.). • The sales floor is completely dedicated to the customer experience, so you must ensure that all merchandise movements for inbound and outbound shipments and deliveries are carried out with the utmost discretion. • Ensure the implementation of operational standards across the store, guaranteeing efficiency and consistency. TEAM DEVELOPMENT AND MANAGEMENT • Participate in training programs in order to improve your product knowledge and stock management skills. You will report to your manager regarding their effectiveness. • Take part in the daily morning briefing, where you can share key topics related to back-office operations. • Participate in induction programs, providing support within your area of expertise. About you From 1 to 3 years of experience gained in a stock keeper role Interested in a job that combines physical work with organizational responsibilities A team player, open-minded with a positive attitude Proven problem-solving ability Well organized, detail oriented and a fast learner Good level of English. Dutch is a plus. Occasionally, you will support the other Armani stores in the Netherlands, when necessary.

Core Responsibilities

Manage stockroom operations, including receiving and checking merchandise, updating inventory records, organizing stock, handling transfers, and participating in inventories. Support the sales team and store operations while ensuring discreet merchandise movements and consistent operational standards.

Requirements

Candidates should have 1 to 3 years of experience in a stock keeper role and be comfortable combining physical work with organizational responsibilities. They should be positive, open-minded, organized, detail-oriented, quick to learn, able to solve problems, and have a good level of English; Dutch is an advantage.
