We're looking for a Product Owner – Manufacturing Systems (ERP/MRP) to take our Odoo manufacturing environment to the next level. We run Odoo across the company, and our manufacturing module is up and running in a basic version — but our current scaling phase calls for more. In this hands-on role, you'll define our manufacturing data structure, own the roadmap, and drive implementation sprint by sprint — from production tracking and planning to process knowledge captured in one system. This is not a software project; it's an operational transformation, and you own it end-to-end. At Delft Circuits, we're pushing the boundaries of cryogenic electronics with our Cri/oFlex® platform — the world's first fully integrated cryogenic I/O solution for quantum computing. We're scaling fast, and this role builds the operational backbone that makes it possible. Your responsibilities Define the full Odoo manufacturing structure: products, BOMs, work centers, routings Build and own the implementation roadmap — executed in sprints Align stakeholders across R&D, Production, Quality and Operations Manage our Odoo specialist and implementation consultant Drive adoption: train, document, and make change stick What you bring University degree (HBO/WO) in Industrial Engineering, Software Development or a related field 7–10 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment A track record shipping software projects or products — an ERP module, internal tool or implementation Stakeholder and change management skills — you bring skeptical teams along A practical, structured mindset and an owner's mentality What we offer Full-time position (36 hours), on-site at our Delft headquarters Salary of € 69.375 – € 82.231 per year (including 8% holiday allowance) 30 vacation days CAO Metalektro & PME pension scheme Modern headquarters and labs at the Kabeldistrict in Delft Real ownership: you report directly to the COO and shape how manufacturing runs digitally Interested? Core Responsibilities

Requirements

A university degree in Industrial Engineering, Software Development, or a related field and 7–10 years of relevant manufacturing experience are required. Candidates should have delivered software projects or products and demonstrate stakeholder and change management skills, a practical and structured approach, and an owner's mentality.
