About The Role We are looking for an experienced Interim Recruiter to join our People & Culture team and help us deliver a number of important hires across the business. You will manage recruitment processes from intake through offer, source candidates directly, coordinate interviews and partner closely with hiring managers. We are looking for someone who can quickly bring structure, pace and a strong candidate experience. What You Will Do Manage multiple end-to-end recruitment processes. Partner with hiring managers to shape clear and realistic hiring plans. Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn, referrals and relevant networks. Conduct screening interviews and coordinate the selection process. Keep recruitment data accurate and stakeholders informed. Help improve recruitment workflows and candidate communication. What We Are Looking For Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in technology or SaaS. Excellent sourcing, interviewing and stakeholder-management skills. Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and an ATS such as Recruitee. A hands-on, organised and proactive working style. Availability to start an interim assignment and make an impact quickly. Core Responsibilities

Manage multiple recruitment processes from intake through offer, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection coordination. Partner with hiring managers, maintain accurate recruitment data, keep stakeholders informed, and improve recruitment workflows and candidate communications.

Requirements

The role requires strong end-to-end recruitment experience, preferably in technology or SaaS, along with excellent sourcing, interviewing, and stakeholder-management skills. Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and an applicant tracking system such as Recruitee is sought, as is a hands-on, organized, proactive approach and availability to start an interim assignment quickly.
