This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with strong administrative skills to support our Global Procurement & Sustainability Function. This position is ideal for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual who functions in a proactive, detail-oriented manner in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for someone who has experience supporting executives with global responsibilities - interacting with various levels of senior leadership internally and externally, multi-tasking, and who demonstrates exceptional communication skills, excellent planning, problem solving and organizational skills. This person should provide leverage to our global procurement leaders. Reporting to the Chief Procurement & Sustainability Officer, this position is considered a Normal office environment with limited travel or visits to external locations; offices are open workspaces. Additionally, this role is full time and be based in Amsterdam. What’s on the menu? Education: Bachelor's Degree Experience: At least 5+ years administrative experience supporting executives or top leaders Proven experience providing high-level administrative support to senior executives or global leadership teams in a fast-paced, complex organization. Demonstrated ability to manage complex calendars, scheduling priorities, international travel logistics, expense processes, vendor coordination, and executive workflows with accuracy and efficiency. Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally and confidently with senior leaders, internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders across different regions and time zones. High level of discretion, integrity, and sound judgment when handling confidential information and sensitive business matters. Excellent planning, organization, prioritization, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple requests, anticipate needs, and follow through on actions independently. Strong attention to detail and ability to prepare, review, and coordinate accurate documents, events, presentations, communications, meeting materials, and follow-ups. Requirements

Requires a bachelor’s degree and at least five years of administrative experience supporting executives or senior leaders, ideally in a fast-paced, complex organization. Candidates should have strong organizational, communication, planning, and problem-solving skills; discretion; advanced Microsoft Office knowledge; and experience with expense and online travel systems.
